Privacy Policy

We built MoveNLearn on trust. This document details what data we collect, how we protect it, and why your privacy is our priority.

1. Data Collection

We collect data only when it is necessary to provide high-quality services.

  • Identification data: Full Name, date of birth (for universities), passport details (only for contracts/visas).
  • Academic profile: Current language level, selected study programs, progress history.
  • Financial data: We use PCI-DSS compliant payment systems. Your card data is not stored on our servers.
  • Technical logs: IP address, device type, cookies, and visit analytics.

2. Data Usage

Your data is processed based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

  • Contract performance: For course enrollment and providing consultations.
  • Support: Answering your questions and notifications about application status.
  • Analytics: Improving site functionality and personalizing the educational path.

3. Data Sharing

We CATEGORICALLY do not sell or exchange your personal data on a commercial basis.

Sharing is possible only in the following cases:

  • Educational partners: Universities and language schools (only for your enrollment).
  • Official bodies: Embassies and migration services as part of visa support.

4. Security and Storage

To protect data we apply: 256-bit SSL encryption, regular security audits, and strict internal access regulations (principle of least privilege). We store data for 5 years from the last contact, unless otherwise provided by law.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have full control over your data:

Right to access (obtain a copy of your data).
Right to rectification (correction of incorrect information).
Right to erasure ('Right to be forgotten').
Right to restriction of processing.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use Cookies to store your language and currency preferences. You can withdraw consent for analytical Cookies at any time in your browser settings.
